In 1979, at the age of 18, Rich Pacula started working in the jewelry business for a large jewelry company headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan, eventually becoming the manager of their highest producing store, located in Fort Wayne. In 1984, Rich found a prime location in the Southtown Mall and by 1985, Rich PaculaPacula and Gough Jewelers was born. After many years of successful operation, Rich decided to follow his passion of jewelry design. In 2002 he designed a state of the art jewelry studio located in the Three Rivers offices in Fort Wayne. "I wanted to create a space that was private and intimate, somewhere that my customers would find relaxing, without interruption - just a one on one experience". Three Years later he moved in to the main lobby office in the 1st Source Center on Main St. where the vision Rich had in 1985 can be found today
